Job Title: Data Entry Associate Location: South Street Hopkinton MA 01748 Duration: Long Term Job ID - LMJP00009692 Job Description: Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Administrative Support professional to support daily laboratory operations in a fast-paced environment. The role is primarily focused on data entry, order processing, shipment coordination, and maintaining accurate records within internal systems. Candidates should possess strong computer proficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities include processing incoming sample information, handling shipping documentation, updating inventory records, and supporting customer communication. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working with repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Training will be provided for all lab-related support activities and internal systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-volume data entry of sample information into internal systems with strong accuracy and attention to detail. Review incoming documentation and verify information for completeness and accuracy. Process customer orders, prepare shipment paperwork, and create UPS/FedEx shipping labels. Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to samples, inventory, and shipments. Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding order status or documentation issues. Support inventory tracking, barcode entry, and administrative updates within the LIMS/database system. Assist with general office and operational support tasks while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
