Support both the Operational Governance Architect and TLM/ALM Process Solution Architect on analyzing and organizing all the data (excel, automated tool)

Provide input into the recommended future state reporting tools and dashboarding

Skills Needed:

Service Now (analyzing) – navigation/inputting/user perspective
Tableau – developing scorecard, visualization, dashboarding
Power BI (would be third most important)

Required Skills: ServiceNow and Tableau Basic Qualification: Additional Skills:
