Job Summary Client in Miami, Florida area is looking for an Endocrinologist. Group is a leading healthcare services provider serving Medicare patients with several state of the art clinics. Group is expanding and needs another doctor. Qualifications Must speak Spanish fluently. Must be comfortable with a geriatric patient base; most patients are 71 years old and up. Must be patient and caring, giving patients personal attention. Experience with EMR required; training will be provided. Outpatient practice; no admitting. Benefits Vacations beginning the first year of employment. Paid sick days and personal days. Paid holidays. Health insurance for all employees, with company covering the cost of the employee’s coverage. 401k program with dollar-for-dollar matching of employee contributions up to 3.5%. Pay-for-performance program; employees demonstrating performance excellence may earn a quarterly incentive.
