Compensation Analyst: Strategy, Data & Pay Equity
Dow Jones & Company, Inc.
Dow Jones is seeking a Compensation Analyst to partner with People leaders and business stakeholders on compensation strategy and pay decisions. You will use market data, internal pay insights, and business context to provide thoughtful recommendations that help attract, motivate, and retain talent. Based in NYC, this role sits in the People team and requires a 3-day-in-office schedule.
