The Purchasing Agent supports Sunrise communities by managing tactical purchasing functions, supplier coordination and order guide administration. This role helps ensure cost-effective, compliant and streamlined procurement across North American operations. What You’ll Do: • Manage assigned vendors, products and services within corporate formularies and order guides • Coordinate implementation of new supplier agreements into corporate purchasing systems • Block non-approved products and maintain compliance with purchasing standards • Support communities and field operations with order guide updates and supplier questions • Track and process rebates, purchasing incentives and related documentation • Serve as liaison between Corporate Purchasing, communities, suppliers and operations teams • Monitor purchasing data to support cost control and contract compliance • Assist with accounting-related purchasing matters within a complex corporate structure • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of procurement initiatives Purchasing Agent – Drive Cost-Effective Procurement and Vendor Partnerships Across Our Communities Purchasing Agent | Procurement | Vendor Management | Supply Chain | Purchasing | Contract Compliance Pay Range: 64,520.00 - 80,650.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
