Sr. Administrative Assistant

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support within the Statistics & Decision Sciences Centralized Administrative Network. The hybrid role based in Spring House, PA requires onsite presence two days weekly in PA and one day in NJ, with administrative responsibilities including meeting coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements, and document handling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and provide technical setup support
• Manage calendar coordination and logistics for assigned teams across onsite, offsite, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Arrange complex and short-notice travel in accordance with company procedures
• Support contract and purchase order coordination with internal stakeholders
• Maintain distribution lists, SharePoint sites, and administrative systems for accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with meeting scheduling and calendar management
• Proficiency in document preparation, formatting, and records management
• Ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience with confidential information handling
• Familiarity with administrative systems and SharePoint
