Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers. Provide outstanding customer service and support in a professional, positive environment. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and compliance with company policies. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communicating skills - written, verbal, and listening. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Sales experience, preferably in insurance, is a plus.
