The campus offers a range of outpatient services in addition to inpatient behavioral health and physical medicine and rehabilitation units. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support continuity of inpatient psychiatric care delivery.

Cedar Rapids, Iowa offers clinicians on assignment a range of community events and activities throughout the year, including live music, art exhibits, farmers markets, and family-oriented festivals. The area features an Art Walk, diverse dining options, and outdoor recreational opportunities accessible across the city. Both free and ticketed experiences are available to residents and visitors throughout the region.

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for adult patients on-site, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch, totaling 40 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities include daily rounding on patients and participation in care conferences twice per week. Weekday call coverage is required.
