Payroll Manager - Hybrid | DMV Area

Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a mid‑market organization in the DMV area to identify a Payroll Manager for a hybrid role. This position supports a stable payroll environment and works closely with Accounting and HR leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage bi‑weekly payroll processing for a mid‑sized employee population Oversee payroll compliance, reconciliations, and reporting Serve as the primary payroll contact for employee inquiries Partner with Accounting on payroll entries and month‑end close Support benefits administration and timekeeping processes Maintain payroll systems and vendor relationships Qualifications 5+ years of payroll experience Experience with payroll systems outside of Workday (construction or mid‑market ERP a plus) Knowledge of multi‑state payroll and compliance Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment (4 days on‑site) Details Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Hybrid (DMV) Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
