JOB DETAILS

Base pay rate starts at $18.00 per hour

Shift - 1st shift: Five-Day work week, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, or tend running machines
• Operate saws, punches, drills, or drill press machines
• Set & glaze glass units in frames/sashes
• Assemble various parts and pieces to complete quality finished windows & or patio doors
• Applying labels, cleaning finished product & checking for proper operation

• You may be required to operate various hand tools such as chisel, snips, drill, mallet, or tape measure
• Read work orders and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications
• Transfer components, plastic products, and assemblies, using moving equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Must be Adaptable, Reliable, Detail oriented, Energetic & Safety minded
• Must be able to work on your feet all day in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be able to speak and read English for safety and training purposes
• Must be at least 18 years old

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement).
