Responsibilities Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, dining areas, and help maintain a clean, safe environment per food‑safety standards. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and setting up the next shift. Stay on the move, adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude. Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Clear communication and quick understanding in a loud, fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy. Reliable, punctual, flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food‑safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Experience in food service preferred, but not required.
