Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to support clients in their mental health journey. \n
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment effectiveness. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about current trends and advancements in mental health practices. \n
In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families, dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory. \n
- Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required. \n
- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field. \n
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients. \n

Palo Pinto Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses.
