Location: 605 Territorial Dr Bolingbrook, IL 60440 Work Hours: 6am – 2:30pm M – F, with expected additional hours/weekends mandatory. Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour based on experience and skills What you will be doing Set up and operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, inserters, and binding machines Read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and production schedules Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, cutting, folding, and binding Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment Maintain production efficiency while minimizing waste Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with press operators, mailing teams, and supervisors to meet deadlines Accurately complete production and quality control documentation Who you are 1 or more years of bindery or print production experience preferred Experience with cutters, folders, stitchers, or inserters Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Ability to read rulers, measurements, and job specifications accurately Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a production team High School Diploma or GED required; experience can be considered Supervisory Responsibilities None Work Environment Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility. Physical Demands Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment Security Clearance Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
