License: Active Registered Nurse license

Certifications: Current BLS certification

Must-Have: Experience with patient populations including cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, and substance abuse with underlying psychiatric disorders.

Description: Provide care in a 38-bed unit. Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 during daytime shifts and 1:6 during night shifts and weekends. Collaborate with a Patient Care Technician who assists with a patient-to-technician ratio of 1:10. Care for patients with a variety of medical diagnoses. Participate in every other weekend and holiday shifts as needed. Demonstrate strong IV skills and telemetry experience. Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient care. Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families. Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
