  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals, ensuring personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will serve encompass a broad range of age groups and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

  • Possession of an active state-issued license in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LCSW).
  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health issues is preferred.

  • Experience working with children, families, and couples will be advantageous in this role.

  • Strong understanding of current counseling principles, practices, techniques, and trends in both individual and family therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, potential bonuses are available based on performance metrics.
