Security Director

Seeking a full-time remote Security Director, the ideal candidate will manage and enhance the security posture of the organization, focusing on infrastructure and application security while navigating high-pressure situations and fostering a strong security culture within the engineering teams. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the security roadmap, establishing priorities across various security domains Drive improvements in detection, prevention, and response capabilities while enhancing security education company-wide Build and maintain relationships with engineering leadership to influence architecture and security decisions Required qualifications Deep technical expertise in both infrastructure and application security Experience managing real-world security incidents and navigating high-pressure situations Strong understanding of supply chain security, secure software development, and identity/access management Proven ability to recruit and build a strong security organization Familiarity with AWS, distributed systems, and fintech or mobile environments is a plus
