Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and monthly close.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, inventory reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting activities.

• Manage job profitability reporting and reconcile sales and operational data.

• Evaluate capital expenditures and analyze return on investment performance.

• Mentor, develop, and manage accounting staff while strengthening financial controls and processes.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with 3+ years of leadership experience.

• Strong background in GAAP, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and job costing.

• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred; CPA designation preferred.
