Position SummaryWe are seeking reliable Machine Operators to operate and monitor production equipment used in our plastics manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up equipment and make basic production adjustments.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Load materials and monitor material flow.
- Identify and report equipment problems.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Complete production and quality-control paperwork.
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with supervisors and production team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or machine-operation experience is a plus.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures.
