Workday Integrations Engineer (Hybrid)

A leading global firm is seeking a Workday Integrations Engineer to join a rapidly growing HR technology team. This is a newly created role supporting a recent Workday go-live, with immediate impact on critical, revenue-driving integrations. What You’ll Do Design, build, and support Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) Own integrations end-to-end: development, deployment, and ongoing support Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to enhance system capabilities Support post-production (hypercare) and future system enhancements What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience Strong experience with Workday Studio + CCTPP Expertise in APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Why This Role High-visibility position tied to business-critical systems Opportunity to shape post go-live enhancements Collaborative, fast-growing team environment All inquiries are 100% confidential.
