What You'll Do

• Welcome clients when they arrive
• Determine the nature of the client's visit
• Inform the Estimator of the client's arrival
• Order Parts
• Write PO's and invoices
• Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person
• Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
• Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers

What You'll Bring

• Communication skills communicates effectively with others
• Time management managing one's own time and time of others
• Typing ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders
• Basic computer and cost calculation skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
