Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English Japanese) Junior Accountant, preferably a recent graduate, to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting career in a dynamic and technology-focused company. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry. Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closings. Help with audit preparation and documentation. Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments, including communication in both English and Japanese as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
