Play a key role in supporting financial operations and planning initiatives. Interim Controller Responsibilities The Interim Controller will oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. The Interim Controller will manage day-to-day accounting operations and provide leadership to the accounting team. Assist with labor forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for 2027. The Interim Controller will monitor financial performance and recommend process improvements. Support management with financial analysis and operational decision-making. Preferred Qualifications of the Interim Controller Role 510+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities. Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success leading accounting operations and achieving business objectives. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
