Trillium Staffing has a great opportunity for an entry level Warehouse Worker / Packer on the East side of Columbus!

Schedule is 2nd shift, Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM $16.00 w/ a $1.50 Shift Diff. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, including proper packaging, labeling, and sealing.
• Pack products into designated containers or packaging materials according to instructions.
• Accurately label packages with product details, quantities, and shipping information.
• Retrieve products from storage areas and prepare them for packing.
• Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, as needed.
• Monitor inventory of packing materials and report any shortages to a supervisor.
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Steel Toes are required to be worn.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
