Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse will work in a high-acuity environment providing care to patients undergoing various interventional radiology procedures. This role requires critical care experience and proficiency in managing critical care medications and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in the Angiography/IR Interventional Labs.
• Manage critical care medications and participate in advanced IR procedures including but not limited to permcaths, port placements, thrombectomies, atherectomies, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, stroke, and trauma.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including lead techs, ARRT/RTR, and RCIS.
• Utilize EPIC Cupid for documentation and patient records.
• Be available for on-call duties as scheduled.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Prior experience in critical care or interventional radiology is required.
• Experience in stroke and trauma care is highly preferred.
