Construction Manager II

Job Requirements 2-6 years field experience in construction or construction management. Must be able to read plans and specifications. Perform Construction Inspection and Construction Management duties on projects assigned. Able to lead project inspection on multiple projects. Able to direct inspectors and field staff. Able to work with Engineers on projects during construction. Able to communicate with Clients, Contractor ad Engineers. Complete Daily Construction Reports and other documentation as assigned by Construction Manager. Assist Construction Manager as assigned. Ability to understand budgets and cost assignments. Willing to attend outside training - OSHA, ACI, Etc. Other Duties as Assigned. All duties of Construction Manager 1.
