Mortgage Loan Officer

Zillow is hiring a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer to guide borrowers through the home financing process. You’ll manage a pipeline of digital mortgage applications, collect and analyze income, credit, and property documentation, and recommend appropriate loan products. Partner with real estate and internal teams to deliver timely pre-approvals, clear conditions, and ensure on-time closings. Use Zillow’s tech tools and data to streamline workflows and provide clear, proactive communication to customers. You’ll work in a collaborative, remote-first environment focused on compliance, transparency, and outstanding customer experience.
