Post Date: May 18, 2026 Location: New York, New York 10104 Job Type: Perm Category: System Administrator Pay Rate: $56k - $70k (estimate) Job Description Day to Day responsibilities include: Serve as a Level 4 escalation point for complex Yardi-related issues Support high‑level troubleshooting (issues may take hours, days, or weeks to resolve) Monitor and manage escalated tickets (10–15 per week, lower volume but high complexity) Work on Bank/file feeds (e.g., positive pay, integrations) Vendor/system integrations within Yardi Security/permissions analysis and configuration Audit requests (logs, controls, data validation) Act as a Yardi system administrator Implement high-level configuration changes Make judgment calls on technical feasibility Collaborate with Level 2 support teams Business analysts and development teams Business stakeholders across varying technical skill levels Insight Global is seeking a Junior Solutions Architect for a top commercial real‑estate services organization. This individual will act as a high-level escalation point and system administrator for Yardi, supporting complex technical and functional issues across a growing platform. This role will focus on troubleshooting high-impact issues, supporting integrations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and scalability of the Yardi environment. Required Skills & Experience Yardi experience (REQUIRED – non-negotiable) 5+ years of experience in systems support, solutions architecture, or related Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Experience working with databases (SQL preferred) Ability to work independently and handle complex issues with minimal supervision Strong communication skills (ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Yardi technical expertise (database/schema knowledge, backend troubleshooting) Experience with ERP platforms or real estate systems Experience supporting system integrations, feeds, or configurations Background in audit support, security/permissions, or data validation Exposure to SaaS platforms (beyond Yardi) Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
