About the job As a Strategy and Operations Manager for Google Cloud, you will be responsible for defining, landing, and executing key strategic programs for all Go‑To‑Market teams that help drive the global priorities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross‑functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives. Key responsibilities Influence executive‑level decision‑making on core business decisions, including growth prioritization, using scalable analytical insights to increase productivity. Be a trusted advisor to leadership, solving complex business challenges and supporting organization priorities. Run and improve operations by launching new programs, goal setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation. Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve key milestones. Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner. Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors.
