- Location: Windsor, CT (5 Days Onsite) Need Local
- Experience: 10+ Years
Lead enterprise data strategy, platform modernization, and scalable solution design. Work across business, architecture, and engineering teams to align data infrastructure with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Architecture: Lead enterprise data strategy, roadmaps, and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Data Modeling: Build conceptual, logical, and physical models for advanced analytics.
- Governance & Security: Establish data governance, lineage, MDM, and compliance standards.
- Execution & Leadership: Oversee integration/ingestion design, guide data engineering teams, and conduct architecture reviews.
- 10+ years in data architecture and engineering with strong business stakeholder-facing experience.
- Cloud & Warehousing: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Snowflake .
- Technical Stack: Hands-on with Spark, Databricks, Python, and SQL.
- Data Management: Strong background in data modeling, MDM, governance, and metadata.
- Experience with BigQuery or Redshift.
- Knowledge of event-driven and streaming architectures.
