Residential Manager

Position Overview WWAARC has multiple Residential Manager positions available throughout Albany County. The Residential Manager will manage one or two residential group homes located in Albany County. If responsible for two homes, the base rate will increase. The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, and is an hourly non‑exempt role with a rate of $24.00 per hour. The manager ensures the residential group home operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance and overseeing the overall well‑being of adults with developmental disabilities whose homes are managed. Oversight includes all physical aspects of the home, maintaining a welcoming environment, and meeting everyday needs such as medical, recreation, and socialization. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license meeting WWAARC insurability standards. High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of supervisory experience; Associate’s Degree with 3 years of supervisory experience; or Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of supervisory experience. Complete and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC, including but not limited to Medication Administration, First Aid & CPR, Mindful Driving, and SCIP‑R. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding people supported and agency information. Work independently and manage multiple priorities.
