We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Accountant to support the financial success of our land development projects through strategic financial management, reporting, and analysis. In this role, you’ll oversee job cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and construction draw processes for assigned land development projects. Working closely with project teams, lenders, and external partners, you’ll provide accurate financial insights, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and help drive the successful execution of high-quality communities.
