Automotive Master Technician

Responsibilities Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including suspension work, tire service, and auto estimating. Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. Utilize mechanical knowledge and expertise to efficiently complete service requests. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of work. Adhere to dealership standards and guidelines for quality and safety. Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Technician or similar role in the automotive industry. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems. Strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in various automotive systems. Experience working as a service technician in a dealership setting is preferred. Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus. Automotive Technician: 5+ years (Preferred) — listed separately for clarity.
