General Production Worker -

Location: Greenfield, IN

Pay: $21-$23/hr

Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts

• Load and unload products from production machines.
• Push and pull boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Weigh and package products according to customer specifications.
• Document materials, batch numbers, and production information.
• Operate or assist with shot blasting equipment when needed.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 to 12 hours.
• Experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments.
• Ability to work in high-heat conditions.
• Stable work history with at least one year per position preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Experience in heat-treat or heat-intensive environments.
• Experience operating industrial equipment or production machinery.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced setting

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
