Safety Manager - Commercial ConstructionThe Safety Manager will report to senior operations leadership and partner closely with project teams to support safe and successful project delivery.Lead and enforce company safety programs across multiple active construction projectsConduct site audits, inspections, and safety assessments to identify and mitigate riskEnsure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, company policies, and client requirementsDeliver safety training, onboarding, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety educationInvestigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries while developing corrective action plansCollaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain safe work environmentsTrack safety metrics and continuously improve safety performance across projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
