Multi-Unit Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, motivated leader to join our team as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Supervisor. This position will oversee approximately 3–5 Culver's restaurants, working closely with each restaurant's General Manager and leadership team to ensure strong operations, develop our people, maintain brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on operations role. The Multi-Unit Supervisor will spend significant time inside our restaurants, working alongside our teams, coaching managers, solving operational challenges, and helping restaurants perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day performance of 3–5 Culver's restaurants.
• Coach, support, and hold General Managers and restaurant leadership teams accountable for operational results.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and evaluate operations, cleanliness, food quality, hospitality, safety, and overall execution.
• Provide ongoing training and development for General Managers, Assistant Managers, and other restaurant leaders.
• Help develop future leaders and maintain a strong management pipeline for continued growth.
• Work alongside restaurant teams during shifts when needed, including performing normal restaurant duties and assisting during busy periods.
• Ensure restaurants consistently meet Culver's brand standards, company policies, food safety requirements, and applicable employment and operational regulations.
• Review restaurant performance and work with General Managers to improve sales, labor management, food cost, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Assist General Managers with staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, retention, and employee performance issues.
• Conduct operational audits and follow up with restaurant leadership on areas requiring improvement.
• Help implement new company initiatives, procedures, promotions, training programs, and operational changes across assigned restaurants.
• Respond to urgent restaurant needs and help troubleshoot staffing, equipment, guest service, and operational issues.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with ownership and senior leadership regarding restaurant performance, staffing, opportunities, and concerns.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proven restaurant leader who enjoys developing people and isn't afraid to jump into restaurant operations when needed.

Successful candidates should have:

• Previous restaurant management experience; multi-unit or General Manager experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop managers and hold leaders accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including labor, food cost, staffing, food safety, guest service, and profitability.
• Ability to identify operational problems and develop practical solutions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the restaurants.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside restaurant teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple locations.

What Success Looks Like

A successful Multi-Unit Restaurant Supervisor will build strong General Managers who can effectively operate their restaurants. Their locations will consistently meet operational and brand standards, maintain strong teams, provide excellent guest experiences, and achieve company performance goals.

This position is about more than inspecting restaurants. It is about developing leaders, creating accountability, solving problems, and helping each restaurant and its people become better.

Schedule & Expectations

This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility. The majority of the position will be spent in our restaurants, rather than working from an office. Some nights, weekends, and holidays may be required based on restaurant needs.

The Multi-Unit Supervisor should be available to support restaurants during high-volume periods, leadership transitions, staffing challenges, new manager training, and other situations requiring additional leadership.
