As a Dietary Manager, you will be a key member of our nutrition team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality food service to our residents. About the Role: As a Dietary Manager at Franklin Restorative Care Center, you will be responsible for managing the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents, while maintaining a clean and safe food environment. As a Dietary Manager, you will oversee daily food service operations, including meal service, food production, and storage. Responsibilities: Manage daily food service operations, including meal service, food production, and storage Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents Conduct inventory management and ordering of food and supplies Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure excellence in food service Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative and appealing menus Analyze food costs and make recommendations for cost savings Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the dining experience for our residents Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nutrition or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with food service software and systems Knowledge of nutrition and food safety regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
