Wealthspire is redefining the future of financial solutions through collaboration, scale, and a steadfast commitment to putting people first—our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.For more information, visit and Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for calculating and analyzing a diverse portfolio of client performance using various performance and analytical tools as well as assisting with broad team processes and development.Responsibilities:Review reports and projects assigned to Performance AnalystsActs as a resource to new and junior performance analystsUnderstanding of the subcomponents for team processesProactively looking for efficiencies and ways to improve the process for the Performance teamHelp Investment Consultants and Client Analysts develop insight into client portfolio and investment performanceServe as an expert resource regarding performance calculations and other performance conceptsServe as a conduit between the Performance Team and firm Business Council's to provide specialized reporting and insightsCalculate, verify and reconcile performance returns by utilizing custodial data feeds and statementsTroubleshoot and provide solutions in collaboration with members of the client service team including Consulting Analysts and ConsultantsCreate and proactively execute complex client reporting structuresCollect portfolio characteristics for a variety of investments from outside sourcesPartner with Investment Operations colleagues to provide accurate data for various client-related tasksRespond to client requests in a timely and efficient mannerSupport Investment Consultants and assist on a variety of ad-hoc projectsRequired Education, Professional & Technical Experience Bachelor's degree required with a preferred concentration in Finance or EconomicsCIPM or CFA achieved or in-progress preferredThree (3) to five (5) years of investment consulting or financial industry work experience is preferredPrevious CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, Canoe, PARis, and custodial portal experience is a plusIntermediate knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income and alternative investmentsHard-working professional with a collaborative approach and a desire to work in a team environmentDetail-oriented with keen attention to accuracy and organizationAbility to effectively problem solveOutstanding communication skills are essentialProficiency in Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel knowledge is requiredEssential Traits• Team Oriented• Excellent follow-up skills• Excellent email management communication and etiquette• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization• Thoughtful ability to establish rapport and build relationships• Customer service skills• Adaptability when priorities shift and able to work independently• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills• Resourcefulness• Innovative, curious, and enthusiastic.• Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and collaborative working relationships to support a sense of belonging.• Passionate about working in an organization that values and promotes inclusion and belonging.Work Environment & Travel Requirements• This role may travel up to 5% of the time for training and or business/events.• This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely.Physical Job ExpectationsThe physical job expectations described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours.• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.• The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
