The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.This position is responsible for maintaining the bar areas and equipment and assisting in the service of food and beverage to guests in a high-paced environment at the Chocolatier.As a Part-Time Team Member, you will enjoy sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee ID!Job Duties:Responsible for setup, service of the bar, and storage areas.Anticipate guests' needs by answering questions pertaining to wine, liquor, and cocktail menus.Maintain stock and cleanliness of the bar area including counters, floors, refrigerators, and removal of trash.Monitor shelves and coolers to ensure proper stocking of beer, wine, liquor, and other beverages.Assist servers and bartenders with duties such as mixing drinks, serving guests, detailing, and breakdown of the bar area.Assist with the inventory process on a monthly basis.Assist with filling and delivering requisitioned products and equipment.Maintain a commitment to exceptional guest service.Restock the bar area with clean glasses and other accessories.Assist the manager with liquor pick-ups as well as the ordering process.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age or olderPost-Employment: RAMP certificationKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Abide by all state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Job Demands:Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to lift up to 70 lbsMust be able to stand for up to 8 hoursHershey Entertainment and Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
