About the Role The Change Management Specialist supports data center operations by creating and managing technical procedures and ensuring all changes are clearly communicated and properly documented. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain technical procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs) Work with engineers and operations teams to document processes and changes Ensure all changes are tracked in ticketing/CMMS systems Communicate change updates to clients and internal teams Support continuous improvement of processes and documentation Maintain and update procedures throughout their lifecycle Required Qualifications Experience working in a data center or critical facilities environment Basic understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) , including power and cooling infrastructure Experience creating or maintaining technical procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, or similar documentation) Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, accurate technical documentation Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams regarding change activities Proficiency with standard tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with change management or change control processes in operations environments Familiarity with ticketing or CMMS systems (e.g., EnCompass, ServiceNow, UpKeep) Experience working with critical infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems) Experience in data center operations, facilities, or engineering environments Physical Requirements Ability to work in a data center environment , including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders and access equipment in elevated areas Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and outdoor conditions Good manual dexterity and vision to safely work around equipment and follow safety protocols Valid driver’s license, as required Compensation & Benefits Disclosure The hourly rate for this role is $44.00 per hour]. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location.
