Business Services Coordinator (Intermediate)
- Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hour (on W2)
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Location: Paulsboro, NJ 08066
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Site contact for Culture of Health and lead associated initiatives (i.e. Biometric Screenings).
- Responsible for ensuring that PSIMS2 catalog is current for the plant.
- Site Contact for personnel administration
- Maintain IPTS payroll database
- Process global smart forms and system updates for all employee moves
- Work closely with Payroll and Data Management groups regarding personnel/SHARP updates and inquires
- Initiate & steward periodic review of company required documentation pertaining to system processes and procedures; steward to closure, ensuring that all responsible parties meet the agreed target date and follow up as needed with suggested updates documentation or reminders to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong written, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- MS Office proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
- Basic SAP proficiency
- Ability to multitask
