Requirements for LPN:

LPN License
Must Be Able to Read, Write, Speak, and Understand the English Language
Willingness to Participate in In-Service Training Upon Request

Responsibilities for LPN:

Administer Medications Accurately and Promptly, Following Physician's Orders.
Provide Emergency Care as Needed, Ensuring the Safety and Well-Being of Residents.
Manage Medication and Supply Availability, Ensuring Timely Procurement.
Supervise and Support Fellow Team Members to Maintain High Care Standards.
Monitor and Document Treatment and Medication Effectiveness.
Maintain a Professional and Courteous Demeanor at All Times.
