KBR is seeking a Strategic Cell Technical Lead to join our team in El Segundo, CA. An active Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position. Required Experience/Qualification 20+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, program, project, and proposal management, and business operations 20+ years of experience with RFP process and compliance policies, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Experience with Military Communications and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) technologies and systems Ability to interact well in cross‑functional team meetings and professional environments Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders Secret clearance Master’s degree Completion of PMT 401 Course Desired Qualifications Experience with the military C4ISR systems Experience with the DoD acquisition system Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Possession of excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Master’s degree Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level III or higher certification Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Basic Compensation: $135-220k Additional Compensation KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation such as a sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
