Part-Time Automotive Technician / Mechanic – PA Inspection & Emissions Licensed
PA Autosport, a busy family-owned shop in Springdale, PA, is hiring an experienced part-time Automotive Technician .
Pay: $25–$40/hour based on experience and skill level
Guaranteed hourly pay – NO flat rate
W-2 position – paid weekly
Up to 29 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
- Perform PA safety inspections and emissions testing
- Brakes, suspension, engine performance, maintenance and general repairs
- Inspect and recondition dealership inventory
- Properly document diagnoses and repairs
- Complete quality repairs with minimal comebacks
Requirements
- Current PA Safety Inspection AND Emissions licenses required
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Able to work independently
- Dependable and punctual
- 5+ years professional automotive experience preferred
- ASE certification is a plus
