Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Rate: $125/hr on 1099 with Travel, lodging and Malpractice Covered
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing

Position Details:

Patient Population: Pediatrics to Adults

Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Conduct wellness visits and preventive care
Manage a panel of pediatric and adult patients

Required Procedures:

Bread-and-Butter Family Medicine
Routine Primary Care Visits
Preventive Care and Chronic Disease Management

EMR System: Epic

Support Staff:

6 Physicians
5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Patient Volume: Approximately 16 Patients Per Day

Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage (Monday-Friday)

On-Call/Weekends: None Mentioned

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Internal Medicine Physicians Accepted if Comfortable Seeing All Ages
Active New Hampshire License Required OR IMLC LOQ in Hand
DEA Required
BLS Certification Required
Minimum 1 Year of Experience
