Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Lead psychoeducation classes and therapeutic support groups to enhance community engagement in mental health care. \n
- Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, utilizing your expertise to assess risks and develop action plans. \n

- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n

While two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we value diverse backgrounds and unique skill sets. Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
