Job Description: Loan Originator at Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation Location: Remote role, candidates must reside in/near: Tampa, FL Miami, FL Compensation: $150,000 to $250,000 per year (base + commission) Role Summary/Purpose The Loan Originator will source, vet, foster, and close relationships for Merchants Mortgage & Trust’s Bridge Loan programs. Candidates should have experience in providing bridge financing to builders, with existing relationships in the residential real estate Fix & Flip and Ground Up construction sectors. The role requires motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to excel in a competitive sales environment.
