Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Editorial professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR within the education industry. This role is ideal for a bilingual English and Spanish editor, proofreader, or content specialist who enjoys improving educational materials, ensuring editorial quality, and supporting accurate, polished content development. The Editorial role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful educational resources in a collaborative, mission-focused environment. Candidates can expect to work with supportive leadership, participate in cross-functional teamwork, and build experience in editorial standards, content review, research, and publication readiness. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience who wants to grow within a stable organization that values accuracy, communication, professionalism, and high-quality learning materials. Key Responsibilities - Establish and apply editorial policies, style guides, publication standards, and content quality requirements.- Review, edit, proofread, and approve written content for grammar, clarity, style, formatting, accuracy, and publication readiness.
- Verify references, data, and factual information to ensure educational content is accurate and reliable.
- Plan and support content creation in alignment with editorial guidelines, course requirements, and organizational standards.
- Conduct online research and review reference materials to adapt and improve educational resources.
- Participate in meetings, committees, training workshops, reports, and other content-related organizational activities. Compensation and Benefits - Salary: $35,300 per year.
