San Diego Area - Account Executive - Advanced Endoscopy Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory of new and existing accounts and promote and sell the product lines within that defined territory.
• Make sales calls, facilitate product evaluations, participate in cases with the customer, close and grow sales, and increase the number of customers.
• Develop a business plan based upon a comprehensive understanding of the account base, competition, industry dynamics, and business potential in territory.
• Qualify a customer effectively and manage relationships strategically for maximum impact.
• Become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen product knowledge over time.
• Leverage resources to achieve a high level of productivity, efficiency and to achieve/exceed goals.
• Represent our company ethically in all business dealings, and according to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Medical Device sales
• Preference to candidates with GI sales experience
• Proven ability to establish new accounts and grow existing business.
• Strong track record of sales growth in current position/exceeding plan
