Job Details
Your real-world experience will directly impact future nurses and the patients they will care for. We are seeking MSN-qualified candidates with experience in the following specialties: mental health- preferred, med-surg- preferred, OB- preferred, pediatrics- preferred, gerontology- preferred. In this role, you will:
- Teach and support nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow
- Help students connect real-life nursing experience to patient care and clinical decision-making
- Use different teaching methods to support various learning styles
- Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve the program and student outcomes
- Play an important role in shaping the future of healthcare through education and mentorship
Requirements. Registered Nurse licensed in CA (unencumbered), Master's Degree in Nursing (required), 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in past.
