This role is ideal for professionals who value independence, structure, and a results-driven environment —without recruiting or team-building responsibilities. Personal Producer Track (Sales-Focused Agents) What This Role Involves Working with families who have requested information about coverage options Offering life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, final expense, and IUL Building client relationships and maintaining a book of business Why Agents Consider This Opportunity 100% commission compensation structure aligned with production Compensation paid directly from insurance carriers Training, onboarding, and ongoing product support Ability to focus on sales activity without management duties Ideal Background Licensed life insurance agents (or willing to obtain a license — guidance provided) Strong communication and client-facing skills Self-motivated and accountable Interested in growing personal production over time Support & Resources Access to multiple nationally recognized insurance carriers Structured training and sales systems Underwriting and case support Clear path for continued growth as a producer Interested in Learning More?
